Terms of Service

1. The Service

Rich Score ("Service", "we", "us") is a subscription-based competitive leaderboard application. Members pay a monthly subscription fee which is added to their public Rich Score. The Service is operated by Hoovus Kinnisvara OÜ (registry code 16775200), Estonia.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings is prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Tiers

Your monthly subscription fee is automatically added to your Rich Score at the start of each billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile in the app.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
• Score accumulated from past subscription fees is permanent and will not be removed upon cancellation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@listoflegacy.com within 14 days and we will review your case. EU consumers have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period for digital services, which begins when you first access the service. By accessing the Service immediately after subscribing, you acknowledge that this withdrawal period has begun.

4. Your Rich Score

• Your Rich Score is the sum of all subscription fees paid to date.
• Scores are permanent. Past contributions cannot be removed from the public record.
• We reserve the right to investigate and correct scores affected by fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• We do not guarantee any specific ranking position.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through fraudulent means.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or leaderboard rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, bio, social links). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

Your username, Rich Score, rank, and contribution history are public by default. You may set your profile to private to hide detailed information, though your rank and score will remain visible on the leaderboard.

8. Intellectual Property

The Rich Score name, logo, design, and all app content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Availability and Changes

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We will provide reasonable notice before any significant changes that affect your subscription.
• We may update subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts. EU consumers may also bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.

For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
